Our breeding program is first and foremost a family affair, driven by passion. All our dogs and the puppies we breed live and grow up with us in our home; they are full-fledged members of our family. Socialization is the foundation of our work, initially using the BIO SENSOR method until they are 15 days old. Next, they are introduced to the outdoors and other animal species, as well as car rides and leashes from one month old. Finally, they are taken to various places such as the beach, stables, and school.
Des Terres de Moïra kennel was born from my mother's passion for Greyhounds in the 1980s, a passion she revived after many years, in 2014, with Jupiter.
In 2015, my parents gave me my first Whippet, Lambrin des Lys de l’Arabah, who instilled in me a love for dogs in all their splendor. Pearl arrived home in 2021, after a difficult period; she is therefore the foundation of our Whippet breeding program.
All our dogs live with us in the house and have free access to the outdoors on our 3 hectares of land.
Like our adult dogs, the puppies are born and raised at home, by our side. Our pairings are carefully planned well in advance: we meticulously study the pedigrees of our females and the males we are considering, as well as their compatibility, both physically and in terms of health and temperament.
Our selection aims to produce puppies that are as good as they are beautiful, always striving to improve them compared to their parents.
